LocalGuideVibe helps users discover local guides and coordinate bookings. Guide listings, availability, rates, and service quality are subject to change and may vary by location.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Rates, taxes, and fees may apply. Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to timing rules and operational constraints. Refund outcomes depend on booking stage, provider confirmation, and applicable law.
5. Conduct and Safety
You are responsible for your behavior during travel and communication with guides. Harassment, fraud, illegal activity, and abuse are prohibited and may result in suspension or account termination. LocalGuideVibe does not display personal information on the platform and strongly advises users not to share personal or sensitive information — including phone numbers, home addresses, financial details, or identity documents — through public channels such as broadcast messages, bios, or Trip Board posts.

The platform may integrate third-party providers such as authentication, maps, messaging, and payment services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when their services are used.
7. Service Availability and Changes
